| General Artwork requirements for T-shirt Printing
Artwork Requirements for Screen Printing Artwork Requirements for Digital Printing Tshirtprinting.com.au uses a PC environment; we use EPS files for most artwork. If you are in a Mac environment, use Illustrator or .AI file format for screen-printing and Photoshop or .PSD file format for DTG Digital Printing. Our main programs are Adobe Illustrator CS 4, Adobe Photoshop CS 4. Artwork can be accepted on CD, DVD, and Uploaded via our website or emailed in a Zip format. Preferred Format is a compatible Illustrator .ai or .eps vector format.
DO NOT SUPPLY artwork as PC file formats such as MS Word, Powerpoint or doc files. PDF files are recommended for viewing purposes, therefore, some PDF file may not be suitable for printing. (PDF files originated by a vector file are acceptable)
DO NOT SUPPLY hard copy artwork as letterheads, business cards or printed brochures, as these do not have high enough resolution to reproduce for t-shirt printing and usually have to be redrawn at additional cost.
If you are unable to provide the artwork required by tshirtprinting.com.au please contact your advertising agency or graphic designer - they regularly work with preferred file formats and should be able to help.
Tshirtprinting.com.au also operates its own artwork and design service that may be used if necessary. Artwork and/or artwork adjustments are charged at a rate of $60.00 per hour or part thereof.
