Our Shipping Policy

T-shirt Printing Australia can ship your order anywhere in Australia. Most orders are shipped from our base in Newcastle NSW, however we do use supply chain partners Australia wide and from time to time may ship from that location.

Our online shipping rate is $10.00 per online order. For personalised quotes by phone or email, postage will vary according to order size and postcode. Deliveries may take from 1-14 working days depending where you live in Australia.

Our delivery partners are Toll Ipec, Fastways and Australia Post for Registered Post or Express Post. They are third parties and we rely on their shipping schedule to estimate delivery times to your area. If your order is critical we make every effort to dispatch your order on time, so you receive your order on time.

Once an order leaves our delivery dock we can not be held liable for any late deliveries that, when dispatched within time, are late due to reasons that are beyond our control. Critical orders should be placed with ample lead-time or picked up in person. Most shipments (except Regular and Express Post) are covered by insurance and all are traceable to their destination.

In the case of lost shipment, no claim may be made when the user chooses a shipping method not covered by insurance and is not traceable to a destination. This includes Regular Australia Post and Express Australia Post.

Claims for insured parcels will be made after we have confirmation of a lost parcel by the delivery company in question. In most cases when a parcel is confirmed misplaced and an insurance claim is confirmed, we will re-place your order and will take care of the claims process. You will NOT have to wait for this process to complete which may take up to 90 days.

General Leadtimes

Our staff will keep you up to date at every stage of this process. If you have a specific deadline just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate or advise you if it is not possible. We will never take on an order unless we are sure of on-time dispatch.

(1) Processing your Order
It takes about 24 hrs for us to process your order. This is to assess your order, create a mock-up of your t-shirt to approve, and to issue a bill for payment. This may take longer during busy times.

(2) Production in progress
Our ordering department will let you know how long it will take to complete your order. Generally this will be (10 working days), but, may take longer for larger orders and during busy periods.

(3) Shipping and delivery
Our policy is to find the quickest and most the economical method available to us. Generally (1-14 working days) depending on the delivery company and where you live in Australia.

Rush orders are only available if we are sure to meet your deadline. We do not charge extra. Please contact us for more details.

This site is intended for use by customers who live in Australia. If you order from a country other than Australia you will be required to pay additional shipping before your order will be despatched.
