C.A.D. is an acronym for (Computer Aided Design). A CAD Cut vinyl transfer is a single colour cut image made from Coloured PU (PolyUrethane) thermal film.

Your image is Computer Cut with a digital plotter/vinyl cutter. Your design is then hand weeded, and the PU coloured Vinyl film that is then commercially Heat Applied to any number of items including Sportswear, Team wear, T-shirts, Jackets, Pants, Bags, Umbrellas, Laptop Cases, School wear and Corporate wear

This PU thermo film comes in 18 colours creating single-colour designs, whether it be bold or containing finer details (although there are limits to how fine is possible). If your not sure about your logo we will be happy to advise you.

The thermo film has been specially designed to produce a thin, soft finish once heat transferred onto the garment. In addition, the material is versatile enough to allow for two or more different pieces of vinyl to create multi coloured logos.

Team Names and Sports Numbers

Sports numbers and player names are perfect for this sort of method. We can provide the traditional sports numbering and player names in a wide variety of fonts and sizes. Our numbers and names are produced from our sports flex ProFlex PVC, a film that is used for professional sporting teams.

Maintenance Guide For CAD Cut PU

• Our transfer films are of commercial quality and when washed correctly will last as long as the t-shirt
• Do not iron directly over your transfer. If you need to iron to remove creases, iron inside out
• Do not dry clean
• To maintain vibrancy of prints, do not wash with strong detergents or bleaches. Cold wash only.
• Do not try to remove the transfer once applied as they will not come off
