Orders - What are the Billing and Shipping Details?

Solution

The billing details are the Name and Address of the person who is making the order. This can include a company name.

The shipping details are the Name and Address of the person who is going to receive the order once it is printed.

This can be the same as the billing address if the billing and shipping are the same.

You should also use our details as the shipping address if you are going to pick up. See below.

If a customer just supplies the billing address and no shipping details then we will automatically use the billing address as the ship to address.

It is your responsibility to check this when you approve an order.

It is possible to manage your billing and shipping addresses when logged into your account.

The primary address is used as the Billing Address and you can assign an additional address as a shipping address.
