All Over Sublimation Fabric Swatch Samples

Solution

We use these fabrics for our custom-made, all-over sublimation-printed apparel. All fabrics are 100% polyester. GSM (Grams per Square Meter) = weight; the higher the number, the heavier (thicker) the fabric. Click to enlarge.

Moisture wicking - All the micro fabrics are designed to be moisture-wicking, as they don't absorb water like cotton and dry quicker; however, some materials seem better for this. Micro Pent, Micro Mesh Superlight, and Micro mini birdeye are better, as they let more air in.

When all-over sublimation printing is applied to the fabric, it does reduce that fabric's moisture-wicking effect a little. If you need it to be 100% moisture-wicking effective, it is better to go with a plain white colour
material.
