Notice of Christmas Trading 2019 - 2020

As the year draws to an end, we would like to thank you, most sincerely, for all the business you have given us over the past year.

The TSPA team would like to wish you and your family a happy and peaceful Christmas, and a fun New Year ahead!!

While most of our team will be taking a well deserved rest during this period, you can still place orders. Phone, online, or email and send in the details. These will be prioritised when we return on the 6th Jan 2020.

Our Annual Christmas break, this year, will be as follows:

Phone:
Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm Closed public holidays.

Email Support:
From close of trading Friday 20th December 2019 reopen: Skeleton crew from Monday 6th January 2020. Back on the Mon 13th 2020

Showroom (Wallsend)
From close of trading Wednesday 18th December 2019 reopen: Monday 20th January 2020.

Production:
From close of trading Thursday 19th December 2019 (as we need to perform shut-down procedures on the last day), and reopening on Monday 6th January 2020.

Skeleton crew:
We will have minimal support and production staff available, from Monday 6th January 2019 until Friday 10th January 2020.

Whilst you can still place orders during this time, they will be reviewed and any that can be fulfilled from our own stock, will be processed & shipped, with other stock being ordered as required.

Please be aware that delays will be expected for some orders during this period, whilst we wait for stock, and move through the backlog of orders, with minimal staff.

Full production crew back:
We will be back into the full swing of a new production year, from Monday 13th January 2020 onwards.
