Notice of Christmas Trading 2026 - 2027

Solution

As the year concludes, we would like to thank you, most sincerely, for all the business you have given us over the past year.

The TSPA team would like to wish you and your family a happy and peaceful Christmas, and a fun New Year ahead!!

While most of our team will be taking a well-deserved rest during this period, you can still place orders online or email us and send in the details. These will be prioritised when we return on Mon, 4th Jan 2027 (don't wait, order ASAP and get in the production queue first).

(Pre-Christmas deliveries of online orders are being taken up until early morning Monday 7th Dec 2026).
(Any online orders received up until COB Fri 11th Dec 2026 will be printed and posted before we shut, from stock in our inventory only.)

All other print methods are closed for pre-Christmas delivery.

Have a great New Year!

Our Annual Christmas break, this year, will be as follows:

Phone:
Closed: From 5 pm Tues 22rd Dec 2026. Open: 9 am Mon 11th Jan 2027.

Email/SMS Support:
Closed: From 5 pm Tues 22rd Dec 2026. Back online at 9 am on Mon 11th Jan 2027.

Showroom (Wallsend)
Rebecca is taking most of January off; however, Lauren and Amy will be available through email support, as above. The showroom is closed until Tuesday, 26th January 2027

Production:
Screenprinting and Embroidery Teams: Closed from COB Mon 22nd Dec 2026. Back to work on Mon 11th Jan 2027.

DTG and Transfer Teams: Closed from COB Thurs 17th Dec 2025 (as we need to perform shutdown procedures on Thurs). Back to work: Mon 4th Jan 2027.

All-Over Sublimation Apparel: Closed from COB Wed 23rd Dec 2026. Back to work: Mon 4th Jan 2027

Orders:
Whilst you can still place orders during this time, they will be reviewed once email support returns from the break. Having your order placed and ready to go will help with prioritising, as your order will already be in the queue, so there is no need to wait for the New Year.

Please be aware that delays will be expected for some orders during this period, whilst we wait for stock and move through the backlog of orders.
