What does "Same Design" or "Per Design" Mean?

Solution

In this video, we answer the question, "What does 'Same Design' or 'Per Design' mean? "

TRANSCRIPT:

Today we have a question about our instant quote form. In particular, what it means for the same (0:06) design. If you only are wanting one style of t-shirt, don't worry about it.

It's more customers (0:13) who are after more than one style of t-shirt. For example, 25 ladies and 25 men. The meaning (0:20) of same design is that it's the same print across all garments.

So the same print, the same design, (0:28) exactly the same size in the same print position. So for example, a left-hand side chest print done (0:35) at eight centimetres wide on both 25 ladies and 25 men's. You can actually put in 50 to get your (0:44) per unit price.

Let's just start and find that ladies price first. And what will come up is the (0:50) cost of the ladies t-shirt per unit price, a white t-shirt with a one colour screen print on one side. (0:57) For example, we'll find the ladies tees first.

Now we do need to choose the same supplier as well. (1:04) So let's have a look at AS Colour. This is the price that comes up for your total 50 per unit (1:12) price for the ladies tee, a white t-shirt with a one colour screen print on one side.

For example, (1:19) the ladies basic tee would be $14.17 plus GST each. So let's now find the men's t-shirt, (1:26) the basic men's t-shirt, AS Colour's companion product to the ladies basic tee, $14.17 plus GST (1:34) each. So an example of when this won't work is if you have kids t-shirts, for example, (1:41) in the same print run.

Usually kids need to be a smaller print size than adults t-shirts. I hope (1:47) that made sense. If you have any concerns or questions, just drop us a support ticket with (1:52) whatever you're concerned about and we'll sort you out.
