Samples - Can I Get Samples Of Your T-Shirts - TSPA

Solution

Can I get samples to try out before buying? Yes! Both blank or printed.

About Blank Samples?

Plain samples are available of our rangeYes, blank samples are available through our website or by request through our contact form.

Due to the overwhelming number of requests, we do have to charge for blank samples.

This is also because, as we have access to so many brands, we probably don't have the exact style/colour/size you are after, in our showrooms, to send you.

So, we arrange a blank sample to be ordered from the brand and sent to you directly.

Ordering a blank sample will mean you get the most up-to-date example of the product you intend to buy.

It is possible to get this cost back:

You may return unprinted samples to our warehouse, if you don't need them, if they are unsuitable for your use, or for whatever reason, for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage).

The only condition is: Items must be returned unprinted, unused, unworn and in their original condition.

If you can't find what you are looking for on our website, you are welcome to browse through our preferred suppliers below to identify the products you are searching for.

Please use our contact form to send us your blank sample request.

What About Printed Samples?

Can I get Some Samples of My Order

With the advent of Direct to Garment Digital printing, getting a one-off sample printed is really easy and very cost-effective.

The sampling of your products helps take the guesswork out of ordering printed products online.

Currently, we already offer one-off printing on a selected range of products, here on our designer tool.

So, if the product you're looking at is listed there, you can easily design it online and get a printed sample.

However, if the product you want to sample is NOT listed, we can still arrange a printed sample for you, we will just need to organise it manually for you.

A DTG Printed Sample has Some Limitations

A DTG Sample can be printed on any TSPA product, provided the garment is 100% cotton or contains a high cotton content. For example, hoodies and some marles have 80%cotton and 20% polyester, which is still OK.

Sadly, we can't do samples on 100% polyester garments that are off the shelf. We can do samples for custom-made all-over printed polyester garments.

The following choices will ensure you receive an exact example of the final DTG product you have ordered, or it will give you a good idea of the final Screen Printed product if your final order is screen printed.

Please note: DTG is a slightly different process to screen printing. Some colours may be slightly different and the hand feel may vary to the final screen-printed product.

What Does a Printed Sample Cost?

Here are a couple of options for different products:

  1. Any cotton t-shirt sample (1 side only) $29.95 + postage ($12.45). Reverse side is +$13.00
  2. Any Cotton blend polo shirts (1 side only) $39.95 + postage ($12.45). Reverse side is +$13.00
  3. Any Cotton blend hoodies (1 side only) $59.95 + postage ($12.45). Reverse side is +$13.00
  4. all prices + GST

 * up to A3 size - oversized (40cmx50cm) prints are +4.00

How do I Place a Sample Order?

1. If your product is listed here just order online.
2. If not, tell us the (Quote/Order ID) Item Style/Colour/Size and upload your artwork here

The Incentive?

We want you to be happy with the final product of any order with us, and what better way than ordering a Sample first?

If you go ahead with a DTG order with us of 20 or more t-shirts, we can deduct the difference off the per unit price of your order (less postage), and send you 1 less shirt.

This means you don't pay for any unwanted samples. Peace of mind for $13.70 postage.
