My T-shirts arrive today thank you. I am absolutely delighted with them. The orange colour on the T-shirt is more subdued then in the photograph but it is perfect. Orange is not my colour. I certainly would use your service again and I would recommend your service.
You would not remember, Rebecca, but I telephoned and spoke with you about a week prior to me submitting my order. I needed some advice as I was a first time user. I feel I had very personalised service thank you. 
We handed out the t-shirts at tonight’s rehearsal and they looked great. They are exactly the oversized fit we were going for. The students got so excited.
Thank you very much for the messages we have exchanged re these t/shirts and the early dispatch. I received them yesterday. My grandchildren will love them.

I ordered the t-shirts on the Friday and you had them printed and posted on the Monday and they arrived on the Wednesday (they were required on the Thursday – my late nephews birthday) perfect timing.
I am sorry it has taken so long to respond to this email but I wanted to make sure the family were happy for me to share the photos they took on the day with you via this email – I really wanted you to see how good they looked and that the t-shirts achieved what I wanted.
My only feedback and this was not your fault, I wanted the t-shirts to go over whatever they were wearing but the medium size for my sister-in-law was not big enough and she is a size 10 normally.
They were absolutely thrilled with the t-shirts to celebrate the birthday of their late son and brother.
