All Over Sublimation Products - Order Flow and Process

Solution

Here is a rundown of our all-over sublimation process and the approximate timings for an order (peak times may vary).

100% Custom Product

As we are making the product from the beginning (design, print, cut, sew, trim, pack and ship), there are many steps to follow to ensure we make the exact product you want.

We try to make the process as easy as possible and will work with you to get the desired result.

Design Concept (1 week)

The $99.00 (incGST) design fee is for when we create the design for you (with some revisions).

You don't have to supply a "high-quality digital copy", as we will be creating that file for you.

We will send you an invoice for the design work first, and once you are happy with the design, we will send you the final order for the bulk.

*Sometimes design work can take longer, from 5-10 working days, if your design is complicated, and add to that the number of back-and-forths we do with revisions.

If you provide vector artwork of your design, we will go straight into processing the bulk order and onto the next step once you approve and make payment.

Pre-Production Sample (PPS) (1 week)

Once you approve and pay for the bulk order, we make up a printed sample of the shirt (usually of each style ordered) and take some photos to show you.

This is so you can pick up any issues, then give the final go-ahead for bulk production. There is an option where you can choose to have a sample sent directly, to hold in your hand.

If you want to get a printed sample in your hand, either before ordering the bulk, or after ordering the bulk, the price is $77.00ea incGST + Shipping

*(Optional) A Printed Sample can be done within 10 working days + freight

Bulk Production (3-4 weeks)

Once the PPS is approved, we continue with the bulk order.

*The full Production run can take 3-4 weeks + freight time, from our Thailand print house.

Delivery (1 week)

We ship bulk orders once a week (every Thursday) from our Thailand factory, where they are sorted in our Australian warehouse. We check that your order is correct and then ship it to you locally.

Occasionally, we have shipped directly to the customer from our Thailand factory, but sometimes it means you have to deal with Customs, which we try to avoid.

*Customs clearance does still need to happen for all orders coming to Australia, so the delivery to us can be quicker, but this process can sometimes cause delays. International delivery is via DHL.

The exact timing of local delivery will depend on your location.
