Customer Pick Up - Why we charge for in-person pickups?

Pick-up is no longer available for rush orders.

The pickup fee is typically $19.00+gst per order.

If you order from the designer website, the fee is the cost of postage.

Why do we charge for pick-ups?

Pick-up means we have to have someone available at our showroom. Our showrooms are sometimes unattended, which may cause problems if you randomly come to collect. Appointments are essential to ensure collection. https://calendly.com/tspa

As of 2019, some types of printing activities are characterised as industrial in nature and, as such, need to be conducted in industrial areas. Our print factories are now some distance from the showroom, and orders requiring pick-up, in most cases, have to be delivered to the showroom.

If, for whatever reason, you want to pick up an order from our showroom, you will need to tell us in the order notes. Additionally, pickup now requires a booking to be made once the item is available for collection. https://calendly.com/tspa

We'd prefer to send it to you. Why?

For us, it is more efficient, and we reflect this in the overall price. Australia Post and TNT turn up at 3 pm each day, and all orders are collected all at once. Not individual orders coming in at all different times of the day, sometimes even after hours.

What if is still want to pick it up in person?

If you are not in a rush and would prefer pickup from a showroom, add a customer note to your order during checkout or let us know when ordering via email.
