How long does it take?

Our general turnaround is 10 working days from order placement + shipping (2-4 working days). An order inside this time is considered FAST.

Yes, we can do it fast.

If an order is FAST, you MUST TELL US in the order notes the absolute final drop-dead date you need it in your hands.

How we handle FAST orders? (Small orders 1-5 items)

Although our system may say 10 working days, we can produce orders and have them ready for shipping in 3-5 working days (+ standard delivery times - Conditions apply).

Fast orders must be placed by uploading or creating your design online and completing the checkout process.

Order by 2pm (AEST) - the fastest we can do is print and ship it the ~~Next business day~~.
Currently, we are 5 -7 business days out (See: Christmas Cutoff)
(+ standard Australia Post delivery times - see conditions below).

1/ The item must be something we hold in stock, and the colour should be either black or white. Although we do hold a lot of colours, it's more likely we'll have a lot of black or white in stock. We generally hold a lot more in ASColour than other brands, particularly the Mens Staple Tee (in popular colours, Navy, Grey Marle, Red, Royal, etc).

2/ It's best to place the order and tell us the absolute drop-dead date in the order notes. If your timeline is possible, we just do it; otherwise, we tell you immediately what is possible or issue a *refund if required.

3/ Let us know if you are happy to substitute for another similar item or a different size or colour, should we not have your exact specs in stock at our warehouse.

4/ Bulk Orders: Any order above quantity 5 is considered bulk for the purpose of a rush. The higher the number of shirts you need printed, the higher the chance is that we do not have all the items in our inventory. This does not mean we cannot still print your order quickly, but you may need to be super flexible with what we do have in stock.

5/ We do not charge for rush orders - All rush orders are at the discretion of our production manager.

*Refunds on bulk (5+) rush orders or impossible deadlines are subject to payment processing fees where applicable.

How do I place the order?

Fast orders must be placed by uploading or creating your design online and completing the checkout process. In the order notes, please tell us the final date you need them in your hands.

Production will either get it done or advise if it is not possible, in which case, we will issue you an immediate refund*. We do not charge any extra if you need it fast.

Ensure you place the order as soon as possible, choose Express Post, and use an instant payment method (not Direct Deposit).

We promise to get the order out in time for delivery. Once it leaves us, it's up to Australia Post to deliver on time. We cannot be held liable for any delays due to the Australia Post network.

Express Australia Post is no longer next-day delivery (typically 2-4 working days), however, it is still much faster than Regular Post.

Non-urgent orders can be done within 5-7 working days + delivery.

If your order has any kind of deadline, even if we have plenty of time, please tell our staff in the order notes.

*Refunds: All orders with impossible deadlines are subject to payment processing fees where applicable.

Customer Pickup

Pick-up is not an option for rush orders. Please don't request it unless you can allow 10 working days. We do not have customer pick-up as an option online for this reason. It's definitely not quicker, as small orders are still shipped to the showrooms. Why do we have a charge for pick-ups? If you are not in a rush and would prefer pickup from a showroom, add a customer note to your order during checkout. Please be aware that we will not refund the shipping charges, as pick-up fees apply. We will notify you when an order is ready for pickup; however, you will still need to make an additional appointment to schedule the pick-up, as our showrooms may be unattended during business hours from time to time. We make no guarantee that someone will be available if you just turn up without an appointment.

How do we handle FAST orders? (Bulk order 10+ items)

For bulk orders (if you have all the details we need), the best we can do is 7-10 working days (*see conditions). (+ standard delivery times)

What Styles?

The style you choose must be in stock at the suppliers at the time of order. If the supplier is out of stock, we will not be able to complete the order on time. Substitutions can be organised in case of rush orders.

How do I place the order?

Fast orders must be placed online by creating a quote in the shopping cart, placing the order and supplying us with the print-ready artwork (vector in eps format) in the upload field.

*Important points to consider?

You must tell us the last drop-dead date for delivery to occur
Turnaround time starts when an order has been approved, and payment has been made
Excludes order quantities of 200+ for embroidery and 500+ for screen printing
Seasonal effects: There are certain times of the year when fast production is not possible
We reserve the right to not accept a given turnaround request if we feel it is not possible to complete on time

We no longer have customer pick-up. Door-to-door delivery is more efficient. Our staff focus on our dispatch time as our main priority.

*We promise to get the order out in time for delivery. Once it leaves us, it's up to the delivery company to deliver it on time. We cannot be held liable for any delays by a third-party delivery network.

If an order deadline is inside our production times, or we cannot guarantee our previously stated dispatch promise. By continuing, you accept that risk.

I don't need it fast!

For every other order through the Instant Quote Form, the turnaround time is up to 10 working days*.

All Over Sublimation garment production takes 3-4 weeks from order confirmation.

If your order has any kind of deadline, even if it's ridiculously short (or we have plenty of time), please tell our staff about it when you order.

Our General Turnaround Times

If you order on our Design A T-Shirt website, your order will generally take 3-7 working days, depending on stock availability + shipping to you.

Plain t-shirt orders on the blanks Store will generally dispatch within 48hrs, (depending on stock availability) + shipping to you.

For all other orders, the following information will apply.

Our general print production turnaround time will be 10 working days (*conditions apply) from payment and approval, plus the shipping time to you.

Our staff will keep you up to date at every stage of this process. If you have a specific deadline, just let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate or advise you if it is not possible. We will never take on an order unless we are sure of on-time dispatch.

(Turnaround: How Covid is affecting our Bulk Order Production)

(1) Processing your Order
Please allow 24 hrs (weekdays) for us to process your order. This is to assess your artwork, create a mock-up of your t-shirt to approve, and issue a bill for payment. This may take a bit longer during busy times.

(2) Production in progress
Our ordering department will let you know how long it will take to complete your order. Generally, this will be (10 working days*), but this may vary according to order size and during busy periods.

(3) Shipping and delivery
Our policy is to find the quickest and most economical method available to us. Generally, 1-14 working days, depending on the delivery company and where you live in Australia. See our Shipping Policy

This site is intended for use by customers who live in Australia. If you want delivery to other country other than Australia, we may not always be able to. If we can deliver, you may be required to pay additional shipping before your order is dispatched.
