Bulk Printed Inner Neck Labels

Solution

This article is to explain the ins and outs of getting a printed inner neck label done for your bulk print order.

This option is great for any products with a tear away as we can simply tear away the tag and print your inner neck label art. Brands that do have tear away labels are as follows:

AS Colour
Gildan
Quoz

If using a t-shirt with a tear away tag, there will be a certain amount of thread pulls (this number varies dependant on the brand). You can always order more garments than you need to try and combat this, but we will not discard any tees just for thread pulls.

If the product does not have a tear away label (check garment descriptions or ask support) then Production will hand cut the label (detag) as close to the seam as possible and then print your inner neck label art.

Please note:
As careful as we are when detagging, we do not want to cut the shirt which means there will be a slight tag stub left behind.

The only way not have this stub left behind is to have the tags removed before the garments are sent to us, which not all brands will be able to do, and which will add a minimum of two weeks to our usual production times. The following brands do offer this:

Neck Label Art

A full set of Neck Label Art files are to be provided as vector files and usually needs to include:
- Your Company/brand logo
- Garment Size - one art file for each size you intend of printing
- be white if printing onto dark tees, and a light grey if printing onto White Tees
**you need to be conscious of the ink colour as the the darker the colour, the more it will be seen on the other side of a white tee
- Size: max 60mmx60mm
- IMPORTANT: the vector files must be saved as true vector pdfs and combined together in one pdf file

Cost

Printing the inner neck label is $1.50+gst ea (+ $30 per set up - required for each size). There is no bulk discount as this is done by hand.

Fleecy Apparel

A Screenprinted Inner Neck Label is not possible due to the fleece nature of these garments, like Hoodies and Jumpers.

We are able to print with the Supacolour print method and the cost for this will be POA. Email through your order specifics so we can calculate a price.
