What happens if something goes wrong with your order?

Solution

In the unfortunate event that something goes wrong with your order, please read this first.

We have a full, detailed account of our Returns Policy here, but the best way to discuss any issue you may have is to submit a Support Ticket, with the information as per below.

Find the section below that best suits your issue.

The order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within the time allotted,

  1. Check the order online to see if the correct delivery address was entered.
  2. Check your order's delivery status by using your delivery tracking number on the delivery company's website
  3. If it says "Delivered" and you did not receive it.
  4. Check around the location, the driver may leave items in a safe place, so check your front stairs, front porch, and behind the garbage bin.

Still no luck. Tell us the order number, name and delivery address via our helpdesk. We will look into it.

The wrong order was delivered

If you receive the completely wrong order. Please take a photo and send it to us via our helpdesk. We will then get the correct items re-shipped to you as soon as possible.

 

The wrong sizes are received

Please check what sizes were ordered through the online portal. If the sizes are wrong, please take a photo and send it to us via our helpdesk. We will get the correct item to you as soon as possible.

Type of Photos we need

  1. Photos of the error or fault (max 3-4 photos)
  2. Do not just close-ups of the tags, but also full photos of the garment, with the print and garment tag together in the same shot
  3. Be as descriptive/detailed as possible about what you received

 

The colour of the shirt is wrong

Please check what colours were ordered through the online portal. If the colour(s) of the shirt is wrong but the print is right, please take a photo and send it to us via our helpdesk. We will get the correct item to you as soon as possible.

Type of Photos we need

  1. Photos of the error or fault (max 3-4 photos)
  2. Do not send only close-ups of the shirt, but also full photos of the garment, with the print and garment tag together in the shot

 

The print is wrong

There is something wrong with the print on the shirt. 

  1. Please check what prints were ordered through the online portal.
  2. If it is wrong, take a photo of the shirt, including the label, so we can see the garment tag as well as the print.
  3. Make sure the image is as clear as possible
  4. Take a max of 3-4 photos
  5. Upload the images and explain what is wrong via our helpdesk.

 

Something happened after washing

If you followed our washing instructions while washing your garment, and still, something happens to the design.

  1. Please take some photos of the shirt, including the label, so we can see the garment tag as well as the print
  2. Take a max of 3-4 photos
  3. Make sure the image is as clear as possible, and submit it using our helpdesk.

Important Notes: According to our terms

  1. Claims must be made within a reasonable amount of time
  2. Products customised to a customer's exact specifications are NON-REFUNDABLE
  3. Garments washed multiple times are not covered by our warranty.
  4. DTG Digital printed garments are susceptible to wash and wear,  see the expected life span here
