Artwork Requirements For Digital Transfers

Your artwork is very important. If the design is low quality chances are the finished print will be also. If you need help with anything in this section. Send us the best file you have, we will be glad to help you.

The technical term for the file we need is a "vector" file. This can be saved in .ai, .eps or .pdf format.

What are Vector Graphics?
Vector graphics are composed in programs like Adobe Illustrator, Corel DRAW, Macromedia Freehand or Inkscape.

Important Information
Vector files enable us to make cutlines around images, and fonts. If you do not have vector files, then the only transfer type available, is the patch.
Exact Pantone colour matching is not possible, due to the nature of digital printing.

The Ideal File Format For Digital Transfer Artwork

• Be sure to back-up your original file or make the following changes to a copy of that original file.
• Resize your image to the size you want on your t-shirt. Your image must be 100% to print size.
• It is important to convert all your fonts to curves or to create outlines for all text used. Otherwise send us a copy of the type font (TTF). 
• Adobe Illustrator is our preferred file type. All other programs should be saved as a .EPS file.

If you are unable to provide the artwork required by TSPA, please contact us or alternatively we operate our own artwork and design service that may be used if necessary.
