Artwork Requirements for Sublimated Sun Visors

Your artwork is very important if you want the finished result to look good.  If you need help with anything in this section. Send us the best file you have, we will be glad to advise you. Artwork fees may apply if you need us to create the designs.

The technical term for the file we need is a "vector" file. This can be saved in .ai, .eps or .pdf format.

The Ideal File Format For Sun Visors

• PC - preferably PDF, if not then EPS.
• EPS files - All fonts converted to outlines/curves.
• Art must be in CMYK colours 300dpi minimum resolution.
• Art can be redrawn, but will incur artwork costs.
• No colour guarantees can be given with this full colour print
• Full colour proof panel is available - low cost and fast

Adult:
Total Artwork Size Required = 210mm(W) x 305mm(H) NO MORE, NO LESS.
Significant art, Text/Logo's - 125mm(W) x 5mm(H) maximum area.

Child:
Total Artwork Size Required = 183mm(W) x 262mm(H) NO MORE, NO LESS.
Significant art, Text/Logo's - 115mm(W) x 50mm(H) maximum area.

What are Vector Graphics?
Vector graphics are composed in programs like Adobe Illustrator, Corel DRAW, Macromedia Freehand or Inkscape. If you use these prograns convert your files into EPS or PDF

If you are unable to provide the artwork required by TSPA, please contact us or alternatively we operate our own artwork and design service that may be used if necessary.
