How Do I Get Started After A Quote

Getting Started after submitting a quoteSo, now you have received a quote from us and you would like to go ahead with your order.

This is great! It is a very simple process, as you will see.

One way to get started is to press the reply button on your email software and tell us you want to go ahead with this quote. This will keep all your quote request details in your email for us to verify later.

If you quote has been saved in an online account for you, you can log in, View Account, View Quote, and press the Place Order button.

Then we need some of the information about your order contained in this article. You may have already provided us with some of this information during the quoting process, so, you do not need to provide this information again if you do not want to, although, please make sure you give us all the details we need to complete the order.

The easy option is to copy the following information and paste into your replied email and add your order details.

You can attach this to your reply email. For large files please use .zip format. Even larger files can be sent to us via Drop Box/Wetransfer if required.



What Do We Need To Complete An Order

If you have already received a quote from us, we really only need a few more things, like where you want it delivered, the size of the t-shirts and your artwork.

Generally the more information you give us, the easier it is for us to complete your job.

Basically, we need a name and delivery address. A phone number may also be helpful to us if we need to discuss something quickly.

Your order details should include T-shirt Style, Quantity, Colour and Size and where on the t-shirt you want the print positioned.

You must attach your artwork for printing to the email, be sure to make your artwork to print size. Have a good read of our Artwork Requirement information. If you are not sure about the artwork and specifications, just ask us, we will be glad to discuss your options. Sometimes we can provide basic artwork for free, it depends on what you need done. Otherwise, we can provide a full artwork and design service for you, at an additional cost.
